Beschreibung

General description

Ein zellpermeabler Inhibitor der RNA-Polymerase III (RNA Pol III) (IC₅₀ = 27 µM für menschliche RNA Pol III und 32 µM für Saccharomyces cerevisiae RNA Pol III). Hemmt das Zellwachstum in Hefe, indem es die RNA Pol III-vermittelte tRNA-Transkription verhindert. Die Festform dieser Verbindung (Katalog-Nr. 557403) ist ebenfalls erhältlich.
