General description
Natives pro-MMP-8 aus stimulierten menschlichen Neutrophilen. MMP-8 ist ein N-gebundenes, komplexes Glykoprotein, das im Vergleich zu Typ II und III bevorzugt Kollagen des Typs I hydrolysiert. Aktivierte MMP-8 wird durch TIMP-1 gehemmt. Aktivierung muss unmittelbar vor der Verwendung erfolgen. MW 58800/44000.
