Ein Thiadiazolidinon (TDZD)-Analog, das als hochselektiver nicht mit ATP konkurrierender Inhibitor von GSK-3β; wirkt (IC₅₀ = 2 µ;M). Hemmt Flt-3- und PKC-Aktivitäten (IC₅₀ = 673 nM bzw. 1,4-5,5 µ;M). Hat keine signifikante Auswirkung auf die Aktivitäten von Cdk-1/Cyclin B, CK-II und PKA, (IC₅₀ >;100 µ;M). Bindet an die aktive Stelle des GSK-3β;.

Hemmt Flt-3- und PKC-Aktivitäten (IC₅₀ = 673 nM bzw. 1,4-5,5 µ;M). Hat keine signifikante Auswirkung auf die Aktivitäten von Cdk1/Cyclin B, CK-II, PKA oder PKC (IC₅₀ >;100 µ;M). Hemmt nachweislich die durch Kollagen und Thrombin induzierte Plättchenaggregation.
