General description

Rekombinante Aspergillus niger Glucose-Oxidase. Katalysiert die Oxidation von β;-D-Glucose in D-Glucono-ω;-Lacton und Wasserstoffperoxid. Katalysiert zudem die Umwandlung von D-Glucono-ω;-Lacton in Gluconsäure. Jedes Molekül des Enzyms umfasst 2 FAD-Moleküle, die für die Enzymaktivität notwendig sind. Optimaler pH-Wert = 6,5; >;95 % der Maximalaktivität bei pH 6,0-7,0. Nützlich für enzymatische Glucose-Assays. Kann zudem zur Verwendung in ELISA-Verfahren mit Antikörpern oder Antigenen konjugiert werden.
Preparation Note
Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und kühlen (4°;C). Stammlösungen sind bei 4 °;C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.
