Natives Fibrinogen aus Rinderplasma. Ein Plasma-Glycoprotein, das von Leber-Parenchymzellen synthetisiert und sezerniert wird. Fibrinogen, auch bekannt als Koagulationsfaktor I, ist ein Plasmaprotein für die akute Phase, das in Konzentrationen von rund 300 mg/100 ml vorliegt. Die Umwandlung löslichen Fibrinogens in das unlösliche, Gerinnsel bildende Fibrin ist das letzte Stadium der Blutgerinnung. Klinisch ist der Fibrinogenwert während der Schwangerschaft, nach chirurgischem Trauma oder bei einem Myokardinfarkt erhöht und in Fällen von Leberzirrhose und Serumhepatitis verringert.
Nicht stören, bis das Fibrinogen vollständig gelöst ist.

Lyophilisiert aus 20 mM Natriumcitrat-HCl, pH 7,4.
Preparation Note
Lösungen für die Rekonstitution von Fibrinogen sollten zuvor auf 37 °;C erwärmt werden. Bei einer Temperatur von 37 °;C kann die Lösung dem Fibrinogen hinzugefügt werden. Diese Mischung sollte auf 37 °;C gehalten werden, bis das Fibrinogen vollständig gelöst ist.
Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und für die langfristige Lagerung einfrieren (-20 °;C) oder für die kurzfristige Lagerung bei Zimmertemperatur (20 °;C) aufbewahren. Lösungen nicht auf Eis aufbewahren, da es sonst zur Niederschlagsbildung kommt. Stammlösungen sind bei einer Temperatur von 20°;C bis zu 4 Stunden lang und bei einer Temperatur von -20°;C bis zu 6 Monate lang stabil.

Product 341573 is a non-sterile reagent. Please use sterile purified water for dissolution. The solution for reconstituted fibrinogen should first be warmed to 37°C. Once it reaches 37°C, the solution can be added to the fibrinogen. The mixture should be kept at 37°C until the fibrinogen is completely dissolved. Dissolution takes time, and shock during the dissolution process can produce insoluble precipitates. Therefore, allow the solution to stand still during the dissolution process.
