Beschreibung

General description

Eine zellpermeable tetrabromierte Zimtsäureverbindung, die als potenter und ATP-kompetitiver Inhibitor von Casein-Kinase II dient (IC₅₀ = 110 nM, K_i = 77 nM) und gegen ein Panel aus 28 häufig untersuchten Kinasen eine höhere Selektivität aufweist als TBB (Katalog-Nr. 218697 und 218708). Leitet die Apoptose in Jurkat-Zellen wirksam ein (DC₅₀ = 7,7 µmol/l). Auch als 25-mmol/l-Lösung in DMSO erhältlich (Katalognr. 218861).
