General description
Eine variable Mischung aus zellpermeablen Esterderivaten von BCECF (Katalognr. 216252), die durch zytosolische Esterasen hydrolysiert werden, um den intrazellulär eingeschlossenen Indikator BCECF zu erzeugen. Sie wird zum Überwachen von pH-Wert-Änderungen in Fibroblasten, Magenzellen, Lymphozyten, Myozyten und distalem Konvolut von Säugetieren eingesetzt. Ein typischer Probenpuffer enthält 1–10 µmol/l BCECF/AM in serumfreiem Medium, das frei von Aminosäuren und Puffern mit primären oder sekundären Aminen ist.
