Beschreibung

General description

Rekombinantes humanes Angiostatin, das in E. coli als einzelne, nichtglykosylierte Polypeptidkette mit 259 Aminosäuren exprimiert wird. Repräsentiert ein proteolytisches Fragment, das die ersten drei Kringle-Strukturen von Plasminogen enthält. Dient als spezifischer Inhibitor des Endothelzellwachstums und der Angiogenese. Weist eine gesteigerte Hemmwirkung (ED₅₀ = 70 nmol/l) relativ zu Kringle 1-4 (ED₅₀ = 135 nmol/l) auf.

Aus 20 mmol/l Natriumacetat, 4 % Mannit, pH-Wert 5,5, lyophilisiert.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °C bis zu 6 Monate haltbar.
