General description

Tryptische Soja-Bouillon ist ein universelles Komplettmedium zur Isolation und Kultivierung von Mikroorganismen, insbesondere für die mikrobiologische aseptische Prozesssimulation (Media-Fill-Test). Die Bouillon eignet sich für Media-Fill-Tests gemäß den Empfehlungen des „FDA Aseptic Guide“ in aseptischen Produktionslinien. Die Formulierung des Basismediums (Casein-Soja-Pepton-Bouillon) wird gemäß den Empfehlungen der aktuellen Arzneibücher Europas und der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika hergestellt.

Application

Tryptische Soja-Bouillon eignet sich zur Verwendung in Media-Fill-Tests. Die enthaltenen Peptone und Glucose ermöglichen die Kultivierung und Isolation eines breiten Spektrums von Bakterien, Hefen und Schimmel.

Other Notes

Das gebrauchsfertige und sterile Medium befindet sich in einem selbstzusammenfaltenden Beutel mit MPC-Anschluss und 10 l Fassungsvermögen.
