General description
Dieser Spectroquant® Kupfer-Reagenzientest ermöglicht eine genaue Quantifizierung des Kupfergehalts in wässrigen Proben.
Angewandtes Verfahren: In einem ammoniakalischen Medium reagieren Kupfer(II)-Ionen mit Cuprizon, um einen blauen Komplex zu bilden, der photometrisch bestimmt wird.
Dieser Test erfasst nur Kupfer(II)-Ionen. Die Proben müssen mittels Aufschluss zersetzt werden, bevor ungelöstes oder komplexgebundenes Kupfer gemessen werden kann. Bei Gegenwart von Wasserstoffperoxid können gleichzeitig Kupfer(I)-Ionen gemessen werden.
Die Spectroquant® Reagenzien-Testkits enthalten hoch stabile, gebrauchsfertige Reagenziengemische, um Analysen gemäß den im beiliegenden Anleitungsblatt beschriebenen Verfahren durchzuführen.
