General description
Dieser Spectroquant®Sulfit-Reagenzientest ermöglicht eine genaue Quantifizierung des Sulfitgehalts in wässrigen Proben sowie in Lebensmitteln und Getränken (z. B. Bier).
Angewandtes Verfahren: In neutraler Lösung reagieren Sulfitionen mit 2,2’-Dinitro-5,5’-dithiodibenzoesäure (Ellmans Reagenz), um ein organisches Thiosulfat zu bilden. Diese Reaktion führt zur Freisetzung eines Thiols, das photometrisch bestimmt wird.
Die Spectroquant®Reagenzien-Testkits enthalten hoch stabile, gebrauchsfertige Reagenziengemische, um Analysen gemäß den im beiliegenden Anleitungsblatt beschriebenen Verfahren durchzuführen.
All unsere Küvetten- und Reagenzien-Testkits sind mit einer eindeutigen Live ID (2D-Barcode) versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Informationen wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen für automatische Kalibrierungsupdates enthält.
