General description
Dieser Spectroquant® pH-Küvettentest ermöglicht eine genaue die Bestimmung des pH-Werts im Bereich von pH 6,4 bis 8,8 in wässrigen Proben.
Angewandtes Verfahren: Eine nicht-chlorsensitive Phenolrot-Indikatorlösung, deren Farbe in Abhängigkeit vom pH-Wert von gelb zu rotviolett umschlägt. Die daraus resultierende Farbe wird photometrisch gemessen.
Die Spectroquant® Küvettentests werden mit vorgefüllten 16-mm-Rundküvetten und allen erforderlichen Reagenzien für die Durchführung der Analyse entsprechend der beigefügten Gebrauchsanweisung geliefert.
Alle Spectroquant® Küvetten- und Reagenzien-Testkits sind mit einer eindeutigen Live ID (2D-Barcode) versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Informationen wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen für automatische Kalibrierungsupdates enthält.
