General description

Die Tumor-Onkoproteine HRas, KRas und NRas werden als Ras-Protoonkogene eingestuft. Punktmutationen innerhalb von Ras-Genen werden bei humanen Malignitäten und experimentell eingeleiteten Tumoren bei Tieren häufig gefunden.

Aufgereinigtes rekombinantes Ras. Klon RAS10.

Application

Immunpräzipitation:
1–4 μg dieses Antikörpers immunpräzipitierten Berichten zufolge Ras.

Immunzytochemie:
2,5 μg/ml dieses Antikörpers zeigten Berichten zufolge eine positive Immunfärbung für Ras in SW480- und Y1-Zellen.

Immunzytochemie:
Berichten zufolge weist dieser Antikörper Ras in gefrorenen Paraffinschnitten von Brustkarzinom nach.

Weisen Sie Ras mit diesem Anti-Ras-Antikörper, Klon RAS10, nach, der für die Verwendung in ELISA, FC, IC, IP und WB validiert wurde.

Aufgereinigtes monoklonales Maus-IgG2ak in Puffer mit PBS, pH-Wert 7,4, mit 0,05% Natriumazid und 30 % Glycerin. Bei -20 °C flüssig.

Analysis Note

Kontrolle
Positive Antigenkontrolle: Art.-Nr. 12-301, nichtstimuliertes A431-Zelllysat. 2,5 µl 2-Mercaptoethanol/100 µl Lysat zugeben und 5 Minuten einkochen, um das Präparat zu reduzieren. Jede Bahn für Minigele mit 20 µg reduziertem Lysat beladen.

Regelmäßig mittels Western Blot an RIPA-Lysat aus humanen A431-Karzinomzellen, humanen HFF-, Jurkat-, Raji-, Maus-3T3-, CTLL-, Ratten-L6- oder -PC12-Zellen beurteilt.

Western-Blot-Analyse:
0,05–0,5 μg/ml dieses Antikörpers wies Ras in RIPA-Lysat von humanen A431-Karzinomzellen nach. Eine frühere Charge wies Ras in humanen HFF-, Jurkat, Raji, Maus-3T3-, -CTLL-, Ratten-L6- und -PC12-Zelllysaten nach.
