Application
Aminocaproic acid USP reference standard, intended for use in specified quality tests and assays as specified in the USP compendia. Also, for use with USP monographs such as:
- Aminocaproic Acid Injection
- Aminocaproic Acid Oral Solution
- Aminocaproic Acid Tablets
Biochem/physiol Actions
Lysin analog. Fördert die rasche Dissoziation von Plasmin, wodurch die Aktivierung von Plasminogen und in der Folge die Fibrinolyse inhibiert werden.1,2 Es wurde berichtet, dass 6-Amino-capronsäure die Bindung von Plasminogen an aktivierte Plättchen inhibiert. 3 Ein früher Bericht gibt an, dass sie die Aktivierung der ersten Komponente des Komplementärsystems inhibiert.4 Bindet an Carboxypeptidase B und inaktiviert sie. 5
