Application

Chloroform:Isoamylalkohol 24:1 wird verwendet:

  • zur Extraktion von bakterieller genomischer DNA, DNA von Daphnia spp und Lachssperma
  • für einen einzigen DNA-Fällungsschritt zur hochwertigen DNA-Extraktion
  • zur Proteinextraktion und RNAse-Behandlung
  • in der Phenoloxidation zur Abtrennung von Phenolen aus dem wässrigen Anteil
  • zur RNA-Isolierung aus braunem Fettgewebe (BAT), inguinalem weißem Fettgewebe (iWAT) und epididymalem Fettgewebe (eWAT)
  • bei der modifizierten Cetyltrimethylammoniumbromid (CTAB)-Methode zur Extraktion von Gesamt-RNA aus Impatiens balsamina
