Diese Filamente stellen eine der Hauptkomponenten des Zytoskeletts dar.Die immunhistochemische Reaktivität von Anti-Glattmuskelaktin tritt in glatten Muskelzellen,Myofibroblasten und Myoepithelzellen auf.
