Beschreibung

General description

CD1a ist ein nicht polymorphes, mit MHC-Klasse 1 (Major Histocompatibility Complex, Haupthistokompatibilitätskomplex) verwandtes Zelloberflächen-Glykoprotein (45 bis 55 kDa), das zusammen mit β-Mikroglobulin exprimiert wird.[1] In normalen Geweben reagiert Anti-CD1a mit kortikalen Thymozyten, Langerhans-Zellen, verzahnenden Zellen und seltenen antigenpräsentierenden Zellen des Lymphknotens.[2] Anti-CD1a war auch positiv mit Langerhans-Zell-Histiozytose (Histiozytose X)[3] und einer Untergruppe von prä-T-lymphobastischem Lymphom/Leukämie (kortikale T-LBL/L).[4]
