Application

Für die selektive Anreicherung und Auszählung bei Titerbestimmung oder MPN-Methode von E. coli und anderen fäkale Coliformen aus Wasser, Milch, Nahrungsmitteln und anderen Materialien.

Preparation Note

Dissolve 40 g in 1 litre distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
