Biochem/physiol Actions

Clone 1B5 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects human Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein (LAG-3). It targets an epitope within the extracellular domain.

Preparation Note

0.5 mg/mL. Please refer to guidance on suggested starting dilutions and/or titers per application and sample type.

Stable for 1 year at -10°C to -25°C from date of receipt. Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
