Anti-Disialoganglioside GD3 Antibody, clone MB3.6 is an antibody against Disialoganglioside GD3 for use in FC, IF, IH.

Immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue sections)

Immunofluorescence of cells in culture

Flow cytometry: 1-2 μg per 10E6 cells

Lysis of GD3 positive (melanoma) cells in presence of complement (Cheresh et al., 1985).
