General description

The GDS Vortex Mixer is designed to vortex samples during Assurance® GDS assay sample preparation. Assurance® GDS (Genetic Detection System) is an automated nucleic acid amplification system for the detection of pathogenic organisms in foods, ingredients, and environmental samples. A Vortex mixer is needed for mixing the concentration reagent and sample. It is a variable-speed analog unit, its custom block holder and small orbit are optimal for effective mixing.

NOTE: The vortex mixer is 115V and comes with the US plug only. If located in the EU, please additionally order 73060BC for the European power converter and plug.
