Beschreibung

General description

Wird als Trifluoracetat-Salz geliefert.

Ein zellpermeables Analogon des Stat3-SH2-Domänen-bindenden Phosphopeptids (Kat.-Nr. 573095), das eine C-terminale mts-Sequenz (membranverlagernde Sequenz) enthält und als hochselektiver, potenter Blocker der Stat3-Aktivierung wirkt. Unterdrückt auch die konstitutive Stat-3-abhängige Src-Transformation, hat aber keine Auswirkungen auf die Stat-3-unabhängige Ras-Transformation. Das unphosphorylierte inaktive Kontrollpeptid ist ebenfalls erhältlich unter der Kat.-Nr. 573105.
