General description

Dieses Set ist speziell formulierter Cocktail aus fünf Protease-Inhibitoren mit breiter Spezifität zur Hemmung von Cystein-, Serin-, Asparagin- und Thermolysin-ähnlichen Proteasen und Aminopeptidasen. Dieser Cochteil wird für die Aufreinigung von Histidin-getaggten Proteinen empfohlen.



Dieses Produkt ist als einzelnes Fläschchen oder im Set mit 5 Fläschchen erhältlich. Jedes Fläschchen enthält 1 ml Protease-Inhibitor-Cocktail, der in DMSO löslich ist und folgende Bestandteile enthält:

Ein Cocktail aus fünf Protease-Inhibitoren mit breiter Spezifität zur Hemmung von Cystein-, Serin-, Asparagin- und Thermolysin-ähnlichen Proteasen und Aminopeptidasen. Dieser Cocktail wird empfohlen für die Aufreinigung von Proteinen, die His•;Tag-Sequenzen enthalten. Jedes Fläschen enthält 100 mM AEBSF, HCl (Best.-Nr. 101500), 5 mM Bestatin (Best.-Nr. 200484), 1,5 mM E-64 (Best.-Nr. 324890), 2 mM Pepstatin A (Best.-Nr. 516481) und 200 µ;M Phosphoramidon, Dinatriumsalz (Best.-Nr. 525276). Ein ml wird zur Hemmung von Proteasen, die 10 g Zellen empfohlen. Wird mit einem Datenblatt geliefert. Hinweis: 1 Set = 5 x 1 ml.
