Ein Cocktail aus vier Phosphatase-Inhibitoren zur Hemmung eines breiten Spektrums von sauren, alkalischen, Serin-/Threonin- und Protein-Tyrosin-Phosphatasen. Erhältlich als 1-ml-Fläschchen oder als Set von fünf 1-ml-Fläschchen. Jedes Fläschchen enthält nach der Rekonstitution mit 1 ml H₂O 250 mM Natriumfluorid, 50 mM β;-Glycerophosphat (Katalog-Nr. <;A href="https://./?[islink]ViewProductDetail-BySKU&;#124;&;#124;SKU&;#124;EMD_BIO-35675&;#124;[/islink]">;35675<;/A>;), 50 mM Natrium-Pyrophosphat-Decahydrat und 50 mM Natrium-Orthovanadat.

Preparation Note

Jedes Fläschchen mit 1 ml H₂;O rekonstituieren.

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und für die langfristige Lagerung einfrieren (-20 °;C). Kurz vor Gebrauch im Verhältnis 1:50 verdünnen.
