General description
Miracloth ist ein Filtermaterial aus Rayon-Polyester mit einem Acryl-Bindemittel, das autoklavierbar ist und für die Schnellfiltration gelatinöser Homogenate entwickelt wurde.
Application
Miracloth ist ideal zur Filtration von geklärten, neutralisierten Lysaten bei der Plasmidaufreinigung im mittleren und großen Maßstab, um eine Kontamination mit lose anhaftendem Pelletmaterial zu verhindern, und eignet sich auch für die Protoplasten- isolierung.
