Beschreibung

General description

Ein Peptid aus 14 Aminosäuren, das der Erkennungssequenz der aktiven Iκ;B-Phosphorylierung entspricht, die an den hydrophoben Bereich des Signalpeptids des Fibroblasten-Wachstumsfaktors fusioniert wird, um den Zelltransport zu fördern. Hemmt spezifisch den LPS-induzierten Iκ;B-Abbau mittels Iκ;B-Kinasen (IKK) in RAW 264.7-Zellen (<;50 µ;g/ml) und verhindert die NF-κ;B-Aktivierung. Wird als Trifluoracetat-Salz geliefert.
