Eine Imidazoquinolin-Verbindung, die als starker Immunmodulator fungiert und anti-angiogene, antivirale und entzündungshemmende Eigenschaften aufweist. Bindet Berichten zufolge den Zelloberflächenrezeptor TLR7 (Toll-like-Rezeptor 7) und induziert die Sekretion von mehreren proinflammatorischen Zytokinen und Chemokinen in-vitro und in-vivo.

Preparation Note

Für vollständige Solubilisierung ist eine Erwärmung auf 60 °;C erforderlich.

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar. Nach dem Auftauen muss das gefällte Produkt zur Resolubilisierung möglicherweise erwärmt werden.
