Beschreibung

General description

Polyzyklisches Dion mit antiretroviraler Wirkung. Hemmt Proteinkinase C (IC₅₀ = 3,3 µ;M). Hemmt bekanntermaßen auch die Protein-Tyrosin-Kinase-Aktivität des Insulinrezeptors (IC₅₀ = 20–29 nM), den Epidermalwachstumsfaktor-Rezeptor (IC₅₀ = 35 nM), Caseinkinase II (IC₅₀ = 6 nM) und MAP-Kinase (IC₅₀ = 4 nM). Nützliche Sonde für PKC aufgrund der hellroten Fluoreszenzemission und Photostabilität. Siehe auch Pseudohypericin (Best.-Nr. 539590).

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.
