Beschreibung

General description

Ein zellpermeabler, reversibler, substrat-konkurrierender und starker p56^lck-Tyrosinkinase-Inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 18,5 µ;M). Blockiert selektiv das Wachstum v-ras-transformierter menschlicher Bronchien-Epithelzellen (IC₅₀ = 14,8 µ;M), ohne Wirkung auf normale menschliche Bronchien-Epithelzellen selbst bei einer Konzentration von 370 mM. Fungiert gemäß Berichten als Inhibitor der Tau-Aggregation und unterstützt die PHF-Zersetzung in vitro und in vivo.

Preparation Note
