Beschreibung

General description

Ein hochspezifisches, potentes, zellpermeables Inhibitorpeptid der Calmodulin-abhängigen Proteinkinase II (CaMKII), das die Antennapedia-Transportpeptidsequenz, die an den N-Terminus von Autocamtid-Inhibitorpeptid-II (AIP-II) kondensiert ist, enthält (Katalognr. 189484). AIP-II ist ein AIP-Analogon, bei dem Ala³ und Val¹⁰ durch Lys- und Phe-Reste ausgetauscht wurden. AIP-II ist Berichten zufolge potenter als CaMK-(281-302/Ala²⁸⁶) und KN-93 (Katalognr. 422708). Hemmt durch die Bindung der Autophosphorylierungsstelle, die sich von der exogenen Substratbindungsstelle unterscheidet.
