The 4 mm x 30 cm USP L1 HPLC column is not offered due to the high back pressure created by 30 cm columns, which can overpressure systems with a typical pressure limit of 4000 PSI, even with a 5um packing. However, a 15 cm x 4mm ID C18 (USP L1) column is available, and two columns can be coupled together to make a 30 cm column. There are two types of HPLC Column Couplers with 10.32 threaded fittings. Coupler 54986 is a standard PEEK 10.32 to 10.32 Coupler that can be used with any column with 10.32 end fittings. HPLC Column Coupler 55213 is used to couple two columns together, which butts the two columns head-to-head.

HPLC-Säule
LiChrospher® RP-18 mit Endcapping ist ein zuverlässiger und vielseitiger, traditionell hergestellter sphärischer Kieselgelträger mit C-18-Reversed-Phase-Eigenschaften mit Endcapping. Er eignet sich besonders gut für die Trennung von neutralen, sauren und schwach basischen Verbindungen. Dieses Sorptionsmittel befindet sich in einer LiChroCART 250-4,6 HPLC-Kartusche. Der Anschluss an das HPLC-System erfolgt über den manu-CART NT-Kartuschenhalter (1.51486).
