General description

Trypticase-Soja-Abklatschagar (RT) dient zur Bestimmung der Gesamtzahl aerober Mikroorganismen auf trockenen und desinfizierten Oberflächen und Personal in nicht-kritischen Bereichen und Raumtemperatur-Lagern.
TSA-Medium dient zur Kultivierung und Isolierung vieler Bakterien, Hefen und Schimmelpilze. Die Formulierung enthält eine Kombination aus Casein und Soja-Peptonen und liefert organischen Stickstoff, insbesondere Aminosäuren und längerkettige Peptide. Natriumchlorid hält das osmotische Gleichgewicht aufrecht.
