Positive Antigenkontrolle: Art.-Nr. 12-301, nichtstimuliertes A431-Zelllysat. 2,5 µl 2-Mercaptoethanol/100 µl Lysat zugeben und 5 Minuten einkochen, um das Präparat zu reduzieren. Jede Bahn für Minigele mit 20 µg reduziertem Lysat beladen.
Positive Antigenkontrolle: Art.-Nr. 12-301, nichtstimuliertes A431-Zelllysat. 2,5 µl 2-Mercaptoethanol/100 µl Lysat zugeben und 5 Minuten einkochen, um das Präparat zu reduzieren. Jede Bahn für Minigele mit 20 µg reduziertem Lysat beladen.
Regelmäßig mittels Immunblot an RIPA-Lysaten von A431-, Maus-3T3/A31- oder Ratten-L6-Zellen beurteilt.
