General description

Das SMC^® Human-IL1β-Immunassay-Kit mit hoher Sensitivität enthält alle zum Durchführen des Assays erforderlichen Reagenzien. Dieser Assay nutzt den Arbeitsablauf eines Standard-Immunassays, der in einem Standardplattenformat konfiguriert ist.

Die Assayprotokolle ähneln denen von existierenden Sandwich-ELISA-Verfahren mit zwei wesentlichen Unterschieden:
1) Elutionspuffer stört das Sandwich und trennt den markierten Nachweisantikörper für die Quantifizierung ab.
2) Die Erenna und SMCxPRO^® Immunassay-Systeme weisen Analyten mit der Single Molecule Counting (SMC^®)-Technik nach.
