Fluoreszenzfarbstoff für Heparin in Mastzellen

Berberine chloride USP reference standard, intended for use in specified quality tests and assays as specified in the USP compendia. Also, for use with USP monographs such as:

Biochem/physiol Actions

Ein Alkaloid mit schwachen antibiotischen Eigenschaften. Substrat für MDR-Effluxpumpen. Antimikrobielle Aktivitäten von Berberin werden durch den MDR-Inhibitor 5´-Methoxyhydnocarpin (5´-MHC) potenziert. Berberin hochreguliert die Expression von Pgp in Hepatomzellen. Die Behandlung mit Berberin führt potenziell zu einer reduzierten Anreicherung von Chemotherapeutika.
