Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers. There is no specific protocol for the purification of item D141 available. The quality of this product is already detailed as being free of water-insoluble constituents. The purpose of the purification would be to remove these water-insoluble impurities.
This is usually done through a recrystallization technique. This product will dissolve at 1 g in 20 mL of water at 95 - 98°C, as detailed on the corresponding specification sheet:
