Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
La transfección de la poli (I:C) en las células NIT-1 se ha utilizado como modelo de apoptosis celular β inducida por el dsRNA intracelular. Dieciocho horas después de la transfección, el 45 % de las células fueron apoptóticas con un aumento de NF-kB, translocación nuclear p50/p65 y escisión de las caspasas 3 y 8, así como inducción transcripcional de la caspasa 12, Fas, IL-15 y el ligando asociado al receptor de TNF (TRAE). Se ha sugerido que la poli(I:C) es uno de los generadores más apropiados de células dendríticas (DC) maduras estables. Preparation Note
