1.Determinar la cantidad de HFN necesaria para recubrir los recipientes de cultivo multiplicando la superficie total (cm2) por la concentración deseada (μg/ml) de HFN. La cantidad recomendada es 2-10 μg/cm2.
2. Humedecer la superficie de cada vaso de cultivo que va a ser revestido con una cantidad mínima de disolución salina equilibrada estéril (sin suero ni proteínas) requerida para cubrir toda la superficie.
3. Introducir la atmósfera de CO2 adecuada, si es necesario
4.Añadir la cantidad calculada de HFN a cada vaso de cultivo.
5.Permitir que la HFN se adsorba a la superficie del vaso durante 5-20 minutos.
6.Retire la disolución salina equilibrada residual antes de continuar con los procedimientos convencionales de cultivo celular
El producto se filtra utilizando un filtro de 0,1 micras durante la producción. Se recomienda volver a filtrar el producto antes de su uso o después de la reconstitución.
