General description

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied as adsorbed diluted serum. Recognizes the ~95 kDa nibrin (NBS1) protein phosphorylated at Ser³⁴³.

Recognizes the ~95 kDa nibrin protein phosphorylated at Ser³⁴³ in δ-irradiated lymphoblastoid cells.

This PhosphoDetect Anti-NBS1 (pSer³⁴³) Rabbit pAb is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation for the detection of NBS1 (pSer³⁴³).
