Cartucho para HPLC

LiChrospher^® RP-18 es un soporte de gel de sílice esférico fiable y versátil producido a la manera tradicional con propiedades de fase inversa C-18. Es idóneo para separación de compuestos neutros, ácidos y básicos débiles. Este adsorbente está cargado en un cartucho de HPLC LiChroCART 250-4. La conexión al sistema de HPLC se lleva a cabo mediante el uso del portacartuchos manu-CART NT (1.51486).

Application

LiChrospher^® 100 RP-18 are reliable and versatile HPLC columns based on traditionally produced spherical silica carriers with reversed-phase properties. They are well suited for the chromatography of acidic, neutral and weakly basic compounds, substances found frequently in all analytical fields. Typical applications are the separation of Aflatoxins, Aldehydes, Alkaloids, Antibiotics, Aromatic amines, Catecholamines, Esters, Lipids, Fatty acids, Flavonoids, Ketones, Nitrosamines, Nucleosides, Nucleotides, PCB, Peptides, Pesticides, Phenols, Phospholipids, Phthalates, Preservatives, Steroids, Sulfonamides, Sweeteners and Vitamins.
