General description

Glass beads can be used to purify, enrich or separate samples of solids, liquids or gases. They offer excellent batch consistency to ensure reliable, reproducible results.

Application

Glass beads 2 mm can be used as a supporting matrix to develop biologically inert and reusable liquid culture media. It is also used as solid support to immobilize metal-doped TiO2 photocatalysts by heat attachment method, to prevent agglomeration and easy separation of doped nanoparticles.
