General description

专为免疫沉淀应用而设计。本品用BSA阻断,以减少非特异性结合,不能用于纯化;最适合牛,山羊,人和大鼠IgG和小鼠IgG1
蛋白G PLUS琼脂糖混悬剂,专门配制用于免疫沉淀。

Other Notes

提供琼脂糖溶液以备使用。蛋白G Plus琼脂糖被BSA阻断,不应用于免疫球蛋白纯化或共价交联。对于免疫沉淀反应,建议使用15 µl/µg一抗。预清除将最大程度地减少非特异性沉淀导致的多余条带。要进行预清除,将与免疫沉淀抗体相同物种的 20 µl 琼脂糖结合物和 1 µg 正常 IgG 加入样品中。当使用免疫印迹进行检测时,某些二抗可以与 BSA 或样品中存在的高浓度的其他蛋白质发生非特异性反应。这可以通过降低二抗的浓度来消除。
