Questions

  1. Could you please provide the column used for the purity by HPLC specification?

    1 answer
    1. According to the supplier, the HPLC C18 Column has dimensions of 4.6 mm x 25 cm and uses a solvent mixture of Acetonitrile, Methanol, and Water in a ratio of 28:28:44, with a flow rate of 2 mL/min and UV254 Detection. The compound is reported to be soluble in DMSO at 200 mg/mL, but very poorly soluble in ethanol and water. The maximum solubility in plain water is estimated to be about 10-50 um, and the solubility may be affected by the presence of buffers, serum, or other additives.
