Calcium Chloride, Anhydrous - 72.5 mg/L
Calcium Nitrate, dried - 386 mg/L
Cupric sulfate pentahydrate - 0.25 mg/L
Disodium EDTA dihydrate - 37.3 mg/L
Ferrous sulfate heptahydrate - 27.8 mg/L
Magnesium sulfate, anhydrous - 180.7 mg/L
Manganese sulfate - 22.3 mg/L
Potassium phosphate monobasic - 170 mg/L
Potassium sulfate - 990 mg/L
Sodium molybdate dihydrate - 0.25 mg/L
Zinc sulfate heptahydrate - 8.6 mg/L

McCown′s Woody Plant Basal Salt Mixture is the non-vitamin component (chemstock) of the Woody Plant Medium (WPM) is used for propagation and elongation of root cultures.
Application
McCown′s Woody Plant Basal Salt Mixture has been used to culture apical and axillary buds. It has also been used to subculture individual shoots for the establishment of shoot tips in tissue culture.
