From our recent publications, it was found that the deimmunization method (Dharshanan et al. (2012) Sci Res Essays 7:2288-2299) should be applied for the development of humanized anti-C2 monoclonal antibody (H1C2 mAb). However, the overlapping-PCR mutagenesis procedure used to insert

DNA microarray analysis of gene expression has become a valuable tool for bioprocessing research aimed at improving therapeutic protein yields. The highly parallel nature of DNA microarray technology allows researchers to assess hundreds of gene simultaneously, essentially enabling genome-wide snapshots.

  3. Could you please clarify the concentration of cholesterol in this product both at the original 500X solution and at the final 1X?

    1 answer
    1. The concentration of synthetic cholesterol in this product is 0.25% or 2.5 mg/mL as supplied. The product is considered a 500X preparation meaning that 2 mL of this solution will supplement 1 L of culture medium. The 1X concentration, when diluted in 1L of medium, would be 5 ug/mL. Some cells may require a higher concentrations of cholesterol. The suggested usage range for this product is 2 - 6 mL per liter of medium. See the link below to review the product datasheet.
