General description
Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) is a balanced salt solution.[1]
Application
Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline has been used:
- in microfluidic cell culture of mouse embryonic stem cells (mESC)[2]
- to dissolve albumin for adsorption studies[3]
- in PC12 cell culture experiments[4]
Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline 10X is a stock solution used to prepare 1X D-PBS in cell culture grade water (W3500). D-PBS is used to wash cells during preparation and serial transfer.
