Description

General description

High binding surface is capable of binding medium (>10kD) and large biomolecules that possess ionic groups and/or hydrophobic regions
Binding capacity is approximately 400 to 500 ng IgG/cm²
Ideal for immunoassays
Without lids, lids supplied separately
Total volume is 360 μL; recommended working volume of 75 to 200 μL
Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions

These 96 well EIA/RIA plates are designed for in vitro diagnostic immunoassays. All EIA/RIA plates are manufactured from special medical-grade polystyrene for uniform binding, high optical clarity and low background absorption. In addition, the Easy-Wash^™ products are part of the Certified Surface Chemistry Programme, which guarantees protein binding performance to be within QA release specifications.
