There are two types of overpack cans: one resembling a paint can and the other resembling a large can of corn. For the paint can-style, a flat-bladed screwdriver can be used to pry off the lid, while the can of corn-style may require a can opener. Inside the can, there should be packaging material such as a side panel and absorbent sheet. The bottle itself is a PVC-coated glass bottle designed to prevent shattering if it is accidentally dropped.
