Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes human IgG₁ Fc fragment.

This Mouse Anti-Human IgG₁, Fc Fragment Specific (HP6069) is validated for use in ELISA for the detection of Human IgG₁, Fc Fragment Specific.

Can be used as a capture antibody for ELISA at 10 µg/ml in PBS without carrier protein. Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.
