Description

General description

REDExtract-N-Amp^™ PCR ReadyMix^™ for Blood is a PCR master mix containing buffer, salts, dNTPs, and Taq polymerase. This 2x reaction mixture also contains JumpStart^™ Taq antibody for specific hot start amplification and REDTaq^® dye, an inert tracking dye to enable direct loading of PCR products onto an agarose gel for analysis. PCR ReadyMix^™ is intended for use with Sigma′s Extract-N-Amp^™ Blood PCR Kits. All Extract-N-Amp^™ Kit include a volume of PCR ReadyMix sufficient for at least one PCR reaction per extraction. However, where additional amplifications are required, supplemental PCR ReadyMix may be needed.
